Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours. Orders typically are ready for shipping 3-5 business days after the ordered is processed using USPS First and Priority Mail, or UPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays.

Please allow 48-72 hours production time for your order to ship. Average shipping times are 7-14 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at info@treeoflifecosmetics.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
Due to reasons of hygiene and personal use of our bath and body products, return of used products and goods are not accepted. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we will issue you a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@treeoflifecosmetics.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
